Call an insurance company, and they will tell you what the ACTUAL value of a car is.
And then, armed with that knowledge, you can immediate throw it out.
For example, lets say a vehicle is valued at $0. Such as a Geo Metro. I guarantee you, no owner will just give away their Geo Metro. They'll want at least a few hundred dollars for it.
And on the flipside, I've seen plenty of cars valued at more than you can sell them for.
